A bedroom suite including a private bathroom in this house. located in an enclosed, limited-access residential complex. 2 blocks from the OUHSC Medical complex and less than a mile from Downtown, Bricktown, Midtown. Near all the museums, restaurants, concert halls, beer gardens, and all that is great in OKC.

The house is shared by other fellow travelers. Guests are typically business travelers needing more than a hotel room. You are free to share a fully appointed kitchen, living room, and patio with your neighbors. Your bedroom and the house are accessible with code lock doors. A full kitchen with a refrigerator and all the cooking basics including cooking utensils, cookware, dishware, and spices are provided for your convenience. Be responsible to clean up after yourself. Contribute to the common stores or financially to Venmo. Make your mother proud!

Contactless check-in! You are provided with your own unique codes to the house and your bedroom suite. . Keep your eyes on your valuables, the landlord is not responsible for the loss.

I am here 24/7 to make your stay the most comfortable. You can count on me to be there for you. Look at my response rate of 100%. All our equipment is well maintained. if there is an issue let us know and allow us the opportunity to correct it promptly.

Safe location, very close to the I-235/I-40 interstate highway, midtown, brick town, and Downtown venues such as museums, parks, bars, restaurants, and clubs.

Additional recreational points of interest are the museums, parks, The Devon boathouse, Myriad botanical garden, and lastly the Oklahoma river trails. This is a real communal living experience you are sharing with your neighbors and possibly haven’t experienced since Girl Scout Camp or the college dorm or Marine Corp. boot camp. We encourage you to work together with your neighbors to make all your stays most pleasant. Don’t be too shy to speak out if something bothers you. Your neighbors were instructed to do the same. Your living with fellow travelers may be the start of a beautiful friendship. Go with it!

We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. Thank you for your cooperation.

Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior requests before the check-in date.

After use please keep the iron back to the laundry area so that other guests can use it.

Important House Rules:

No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.
