Your residence is within walking/biking distance to Lake Hefner Park in an exclusive residential neighborhood 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Downtown OKC is only 10 minutes away by highway.

Other things to note-

You will live in the upstairs bedroom suite in a building with 3 other bedroom suites on the same floor. The living room and kitchen are shared amongst all resident guests. Your two -second-floor neighbors are also unrelated and are professionals. Your neighbors have been carefully vetted and have proven themselves to be good citizens. All bedrooms are individually locked for privacy.

No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.

- No extra guests besides those included in the reservation; unless prior request and written approval for extra visitor(s).

- Our apartment should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.

- No pet policy

The complex includes a salt-water swimming pool and a clubhouse. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen. Ample parking is available immediately in front of the residence. All cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.

We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation.

Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior request before the check-in date.

After use please keep the iron back to the laundry area so that other guests can use it.

- No weapons on property

Currently, the Pool is open, however, we may close the pool due to weather conditions and maintenance anytime.
